Don't ever take your vehicle to Car X on Jefferson!They denied my gold cart membership discount, wanted to charge me $60 for an oil change!! (I paid alot less but I'll get to that lol) Took all 4 tires off to do a oil change, DID NOT EVEN ROTATE JUST PUT THEM BACK ON of course telling us this & that needs fixed. RecommendedMy alternator died when I was out on the highway yesterday. I had my car towed to Car-X around 11:15am and they had my car fixed and back on the road by 4pm! My mom came in there for an oil change and they did not replace her brake fluid cap. She just now noticed as she needs another oil change soon and contacted them and they said there is nothing they can do about it. She needs that cap and neither of us have a clue what to get or where and it was your negligence, leaving me to question why you would not want to happily fix it, rendering your customer service on par with the prices people pay there. Completely misdiagnosed the issue replaced the wrong part on my sons truck 200 bucks and 3 trips back ?? What a joke !! Went down the street to different shop and 50 belt fix !!!
