I have been a client of this Car-X shop for the last 15 years and keep trusting my car issues to them. They are honest, trustworthy and will only recommend what you really need. I have brought my car a few times and they just correct a minor issue or tell me how to fix it without charging me a dime. On the other hand, when I do really need a car service or repair, they have done a great job at fixing the root cause to get my car up and running. Will definitely recommend this Car-X to others.
They went above and beyond to try to fix the problem. Ultimately we will have to go to the dealership for the issue. Car-x basically comped the service they provided and gave us supplemental info to give the dealer so the diagnosed issue can be fixed. This is why we are repeat customers for all our maintenance needs. They treat you right.
Stopped in today at my appointment time to have my son's vehicle diagnosed and repaired regarding front-end shaking. This was the only symptom the car had, thought needed balancing or could be rotors. They gave me an estimate for $996 and now the front brakes are squealing,.. which they were not, when I brought it in. Needless to say, we will never bring our vehicles here again. Buyer beware!!
Went above and beyond for me. Got me in on a Saturday last minute when my heat went out, found the issue- advised me to call the dealership to see if it was covered under warranty. It was, they dealt with the warranty company that was awful to them but in the end it saved me nearly 800 dollars and the manager Dan was so kind. I will be returning for all future car work. Thank you again!
