Stopped in today at my appointment time to have my son's vehicle diagnosed and repaired regarding front-end shaking. This was the only symptom the car had, thought needed balancing or could be rotors. They gave me an estimate for $996 and now the front brakes are squealing,.. which they were not, when I brought it in. Needless to say, we will never bring our vehicles here again. Buyer beware!!
Went above and beyond for me. Got me in on a Saturday last minute when my heat went out, found the issue- advised me to call the dealership to see if it was covered under warranty. It was, they dealt with the warranty company that was awful to them but in the end it saved me nearly 800 dollars and the manager Dan was so kind. I will be returning for all future car work. Thank you again!
Had to get the shocks replaced on my Mazda 3 and it was super easy. They kept me informed through the entire process and got it done the same day even on a Saturday! There's a reason I drive 25 minutes, passing several other mechanics to come here! Keep up the good work!
Got my oil changed here twice and each time the staff has gone above and beyond. They have been the only place to find an issue and work to accurately resolve it. A lot of places see a woman alone and tend to overwhelm them with a laundry list of other services. I’ve never had that experience. If they find something that needed to be addressed they would come out and talk to me and explain what was going on and advise if it of extreme importance to fix.
