Guy at the desk was unfriendly and useless told me he had no mechanics in the shop and wasn’t from here so didn’t know where else I could go. Didn’t even tell me when then mechanic would be back just said he was gone until I asked. Can’t imagine this guy provides much help to any customer
It was dangerous freezing cold -35 to -45 below. I needed one tire and they said that one tire will cost $298 dollars for one tire. I waited in the freezing cold 3.5 hours until had a vehicle towed somewhere else & had one tire replaced for under50 bucks.

Terrible service. I made an appointment for an oil change and when I arrived at reception, the guy told me I didn't have an appointment. I showed him the confirmation email I received from them, and he still insisted that my appointment wasn't valid, that there were other people ahead of me, and that I would have to wait 3 to 4 hours if I wanted the service.
Everything way overpriced
