I was pretty shocked there was not a long wait at all and great customers service.
Brought in my rental vehicle specifically because of a loud squeaking noise coming from the front of the car. The shop had the vehicle twice and ignored my request after $1,000+ of work the original issue is still there. When I picked it up, the original squeaking noise was still there. In fact, it seemed just as noticeable. I also was not contacted to tell me the vehicle was ready; I only found out after calling the shop myself.
They showed me an option to pay over time.
