I stumbled upon this auto shop two weeks ago for an inspection so a mechanic could diagnose the problems & increase then performance on my Toyota Camry . T.Mcclore (I forgot his first name) was very HELPFUL THROUGHOUT this entire process . He was very patient yet informative about the repairs I’d need and the entire process & vibe here felt familiar even though I’ve never been to this place, I felt very welcomed yet informed from the staff.. I like to get my oil changed. Clean and safe place.
This place is a SCAM! I wouldn’t dare bring another vehicle to this unprofessional establishment. The manager Travis lack knowledge & common sense. I will call cooperate EVERYDAY until this place is SHUT DOWN or under better management. Came in with my service light on, paid 1300 and left with my service light on. Told me to drive around and the light will go off. SMH FRAUDS!
