I recently took my car here because it kept needing a jump and I was told that I needed a starter. Scott said he doubts that and ran a diagnostics test. He came back and told me that I actually only needed a battery. He told me that my car only takes a AGM battery and it would cost me $361before taxes. I was very sad because I didn’t get paid til the next day and he said come back when I’m ready to get the battery. Nice, communicative, and efficient! I have little concern when I take my car here.
Compliments go out to Alex , assistant manager and a tech named Jake. Both were very helpful and persistent in trying to do a break inspection for my very old car!! . The drum on the car was frozen on wheel due to rust. They persisted and persisted to unfreeze the rust and demonstrated a desire to get the job done! They were also very fair in trying to save me money on any repair on this car. I am at the point where I do not want to spend too much money on a car this old and took this into consideration!
