Called yesterday to see about having my car looked at for a throttle pump and the person I talked to said yes, there will be two lead techs in tomorrow we'll get it looked at. Dropped it off overnight and didn't receive any call back this morning. I called them after 11am and was just told "We won't get to it until tomorrow". I understand that things happen, maybe someone didn't show up, but just give a call to notify customers. Took them 3 months to fix my air conditioner on my auto. Totally unacceptable. I feel like they should refund me at least $2,000. Do not plan to go back there.
