They are very kind and professional! I never feel anything but grateful when I go! I would t take my car anyplace else.
I give this place 2 stars because of Paul. He is sarcastic, rude, unfriendly person I've ever encounter at a car repair shop. First, I arrived around the time I told David the manager the day before. I told him my name and why I was there. He asked if I was dropping off, I said no I was staying because I don't have a ride. He was annoyed and said I can go to Panera and wait. Paul that works in your Finneytown location was very nasty to me upon arrival. When I arrived, I pulled up to the curb to run in and ask him a question. He responded to me stating that he wasn’t going to listen to anything I have to say until I parked in a parking spot. He stated “I’m not answering anything until you park in a parking spot.
