Sam is awesome he listen and understands the customers concerns. The staff that follows him are hard workers. I would recommend this CarX on 3244 Irving Park to anyone. I had a situation with another location and I called this CarX and they took care of me. Thanks a bunch guys

Excelente les daría más de 5 estrellas por la buena acción que hicieron conmigo. Recibieron mi auto con mi llanta pinchada a pesar de que el lugar ya estaba cerrado, la buena acción de su dueño o encargado es admirable, resolvieron a mi problema en cuestiones de minutos, además me ayudaron a cambiar un faro de luz que tenía quemado, los recomendaría una y mil veces, el señor Ángel Villa hizo un buen trabajo con buena actitud. I happened to have my car smoke up near this location, and it was meant to be. Nelson and Sam are such good people. And really made me feel great about leaving my car in their hands. The mechanics do a great job, and the RIGHT job. They really know what they’re doing and dealing with at this location. Brought it in before I had to get emissions tested. They go above and beyond, and I am so grateful!!
