They saved me on a Friday mid-morning had my sideboard fall off at the car wash with paradise and they were able to take it off without a problem grateful that they were around the corner because I did not have the tools or the man muscle to do it I appreciate everything that you've done this morning and I hope that you receive reward for all the good work that you have done

This place is a scam, was a potential customer yesterday, however the manager, I don’t remember his name, had a shaved head. It seemed he hated his job,. Tried to keep the vehicle hostage because a part would take a week or so to come in and rude when explaining the situation. Then released the vehicle when the rental company notified him you are not allowed to keep the vehicle for more than 24 hours. Please learn how to communicate effectively with customers.

I had an appointment scheduled today to fix my passenger side headlight. To ensure everything was on track, I called two hours prior to my appointment time to check availability, and team confirmed that the shop were ready for the service. I had a disappointing experience. I felt I was treated unfairly during my visit, and the situation was handled unprofessionally. I won’t be returni I was told that if I wanted my oil change done faster, I needed to pay extra. I felt this was unfair, so I left dissatisfied.
