Solved my problem quick and had great service
CarX is a great place to take your car, Josh who was working in the front was very helpful who definitely cares to treat his customers well. I will definitely be taking my car back there the next time I ever need it
I went to the Car-X Tire & Auto on Town Center Drive in Eagan for a mechanical issue, and the experience was outstanding. The store manager, Josh Gabranski, was incredibly helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain the problem and the recommended solution. Even though the shop was busy, they were able to fit me in almost immediately, making it feel like a walk-in visit. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently. I truly appreciate the professionalism, honesty, and prompt service I received.
Went there this morning for my check engine light and a problem with my catalytic converter. Spoke to Josh. He told me that it would likely cost me more than $3000 to replace it. Definitely not worth it on a nearly 20-year-old car. He did some research and found me a specialist shop that could do it. Just got it done for less than 1/10 of the price!! Dropped the vehicle off at 8 am, no more than 15 min later they called back and said they "couldn't get a lug off" upon the return to pick up the car, they had already refunded the installation and told me to take it elsewhere?? Never heard of a tire store that can't remove wheel lugs? Less than a hour later, the tires were installed successfully at a "qualified" tire installer. Highly recommend you bring your vehicle to a actual certified tire installer and steer clear of this business.
