Watch out !!!!!!! This shop its the worst that I have ever saw, I just asked you took two more hours and then a man responded to me I don’t care aggressively with respect adding more un polite words
I had an appointment at this place, and when I arrived and stated my appointment time, the first question was, "Is the vehicle yours?" I said to myself—internally—"No, it belongs to my grandma; she sent me to run the errand. Do I just look like some random nobody or what?"
They saved me on a Friday mid-morning had my sideboard fall off at the car wash with paradise and they were able to take it off without a problem grateful that they were around the corner because I did not have the tools or the man muscle to do it I appreciate everything that you've done this morning and I hope that you receive reward for all the good work that you have done
This place is a scam, was a potential customer yesterday, however the manager, I don’t remember his name, had a shaved head. It seemed he hated his job,. Tried to keep the vehicle hostage because a part would take a week or so to come in and rude when explaining the situation. Then released the vehicle when the rental company notified him you are not allowed to keep the vehicle for more than 24 hours. Please learn how to communicate effectively with customers.
