Needed an oil change desperately. Was charged more than double what I've been paying at a different place up the street. They also tried to upsell me several things that I did not need that I was able to prove using the CarFax app. They also stripped multiple wheel studs and nuts from my tires and were unable to fix the issue. EDITED FROM A 5 STAR: CarX used to be my go to auto repair. Unfortunately, I have to stop. They have gone through too many different employees and its hard to establish a relationship. They used to have people that wanted to help you and now, they just want to take advantage of you. I went from a brake job and they wanted to charge almost double what other were. Went in today for someone just to take a quick look at my car and Tony checked it out for free and put my mind at ease about little things I was worried about. Such a great guy!
