Horrible place. Messed up my brakes.
1st trip to car x in shrewsbury: I took my car in for an oil change. And I was notified that I would need ball joints. And then I was called and told I needed a new Radiator, I took my car home, and let it sit for 16 hours. And this is what I came to. I want to start by saying my husband and I are not mechanically inclined, hence why we depend on places like Car-X. My husband brought our vehicle in to the Watson Rd location today for a new battery. He called ahead of time to make sure they had time to complete our request. He was told 30 min it would be done and they had time to complete it. He immediately brought our vehicle in, to wait 1 hour and 30 min to then be told they didn’t have a battery! This shop was so professional!! I enjoyed the service, my repair was a last minute issue and I was visiting family during the cold weather and my ac/heat went out... Walker explained in detail what happened and provided options to fix it. Because of his professionalism I agreed to have the motor and resistor replaced. It was good to have a warm welcome and he didn't pressure me to get service, this was a great recommendation.
