Sean did great, he made time to dig deeper and find out what was leaking with my vehicle. My pervious shop told me there was no leak and I was still charged. Sean listened to my concerns, educated me by walking me through the issue I was actually having, that the previous shop missed ! I will glad drive from Ohio to Kentucky just for their service. GIVE SEAN A RAISE ! My faith in humanity is restored. :) Foreal though give that man a raise ! Thank you - Lee
Excellent service, timely and professional
Very satisfied with the workmanship, honesty, and availability of Xpress Pro. Had car serviced twice for different issues. One was in an emergency situation in which the Saturday hours and willingness to fit the car into the schedule was greatly appreciated. They also take the time to explain the issue/resolution which is helpful too.
