So I made and appointment and my car wasn't taken back for 30 mins. Well would've been I left. Prior to leaving the guy asked was I coming back. Why would I come back. Why set up an appointment and you don't adhere to it. I went there before and was in and out without an appointment. Seems as if they have management they are horrible now. I will NEVER go back to them again. I am a female if they were the only oil change place in the world I would just have learn to do it myself. Sign irritated.
When I took my vehicle there to get engine light checked. Frank was very helpful in letting me know the service I needed was a factory warranty repair and guided me to a dealer that did my repair work. I will go back for oil changes. I know I can trust them.
Employees were very polite and friendly. Got me in fast wheen I needed on a busy Saturday. The place was extremely clean and I was even showed how to use the brand new coffee machine. They never tried selling me something I didn't need.
Called to inquire if they serviced Audi windshield wipers. I was assured that they did...assuming they could and would put Audi parts in my vehicle....first mistake. They brooke my windshield in the process and only after calling their marketing director was I partially reimbursed to replace the window. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was told I needed to go to the dealership to get the sensor reprogrammed...charged me around $400. 7/22/16 Very very disappointed with the quality of the work I received, had both my catalytic converters replaced on my work van ($790), had to go back (three times) because of a leak in the weld. They tried to say it was because of the old weld before them, hello you cut out the old and went back with new, I didn't go in there with a leak I just had bad converters. theresal , Green Bay, WI Scott and Craig always do a great job! I trust them with my vehicles and refer everyone to use their service. They are honest and communicate with me in a timely manner. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Worst place ever I won't go back

I recently got an oil change there (Niles Location) and to check on a loose clip that I was worried about. The staff was very friendly and courteous and my vehicle was ready in a timely fashion. I will definitely return and highly recommend.
