Was able to get my service needs done before my appointment time which was very helpful. The gentleman I came in contact were friendly and professional. So far all positive feelings.

Was recommended a job for a rack & pinion at the western hills location then came in for the repair and they said it wasn't the rack & pinion and was the inner & outer tie rods and they told me it was 100 percent that was the problem and now that they were complete & said oh, it actually wasn't the tie rods. It is in fact the RACK & PINION, so now im stuck with 2 repair bills and I dont think thats fair at all... IT'S THEIR MESS UP FOR A MISDIAGNOSED VEHICLE 2 times... so now I have a $1400 unnecessary repair bill & the main... read more
This is by far the best Xpress Pro location I have visted. Mr George and Mr Mike were amazing! They have great customer service and do amazing work!
