Total rip off. I’ve been in twice and both times was told I needed parts replaced that were not bad. Thousands of dollars worth of work. Ridiculous. Suck it car x. I’ll never be back and will be sure to tell everyone I can not to do business with you.
1st trip to car x in shrewsbury: I took my car in for an oil change. And I was notified that I would need ball joints. And then I was called and told I needed a new Radiator, I took my car home, and let it sit for 16 hours. And this is what I came to. The front of my car was broken, my hood would not close without being slammed down. Oil completely over filled.. Although the wait time can occasionally be long, the staff here is always friendly and helpful. Lee and the team here are solid guys for routine maintenance, tires and even more detailed service needs.
Been here several times,,, always professional, trustworthy and they do great work. Lee and Ryan always go the extra mile to make sure it’s fixed right.
