Lack of communication. My expensive catalytic converter apparently arrived damaged & they were trying to resolve the issue theirselves & not keep me in the loop.
This place is a joke. The reason they don’t charge you for safety inspection is so they can purposely find something wrong with your vehicle so they can fix it. The place is a total scam!!!
