They bait you with "free tire rotation" and then find lame reasons why they didn't do it. Definitely a lesson learned. I rather doubt it is just this location.
Absolutely best place to take your vehicle. They are quick and efficient. My vehicle needed a new transmission; they had it done in a day in a half. Called me every step of the way! Thank you, guys, for taking care of my vehicle!! Excellent service!
Made an appointment for a fuel leak, Got me on time, fixed in a very reasonable amount of time, Happy with repair.
I was totally pleased with the knowledge, professionals and friendlyness of the people working there. After this visit I will continue to take my truck and car there.
They scammed me on tires. I bought all new tires. I got a nail in one of the tires. I went back to get a new one and they replaced the wrong tire and charged me. They won’t make it right. Check their work before you leave!
Mike has done some excellent work on my 16 year old, low mileage vehicle that had a bit of deferred maintenance. His was one of the few shops in town willing and able to weld on a muffler, and to install some front suspension parts I had purchased elsewhere and was thinking of trying to replace myself. They claimed to give me a $25 discount on a synthetic oil change and tire rotation that came in at $79.68. That price included $18 for the oil filter. The Oshkosh Car-X refused to accept a $15 off coupon that came in the mail a week earlier. I suspect their alleged "discount" was fictional. Avoid these ripoff artists. They don't deserve your business.
I really appreciated the oil change service but in terms of repairs or maintenance, I do not trust them and they have been honest to send me over Chevrolet to check my car. As a car service the agent shouldn’t tell to the customer such thing overalls when they even look at what is going on . It want something special because some indication displays on dashboard and I ask what does it mean . The technician couldn’t explain it to me .
