I recently had some issues with trying to get my car to pass emissions I took it to Mike and to see if he could figure it out for me he had the car for three or four weeks with the help from Nate and Kyle and his new guys they were able to get it to pass emissions on the 7th try and I'll be forever grateful for all their help I've been going there for quite some time like 25 years and they're always great cheerful Sophia's wonderful and he's got the best guys working for impossible have I'll continue going there for as long ... read more

This site tied up my entire day saying that would call when part came in never did call l had to call them still have same problem l went in with smh hope my money was refunded properly or that's a bigger problem

Had my girlfriend attempt to drop a vehicle off for repairs only to be told it would cost 60% over the original quote... they never even took one look at the car- they just saw it was being dropped off by a woman and decided to try and take advantage of her. Then they tried to convince us that the 60% extra they were asking for was actually only 20% (math says this is far from the truth). Highly recommend Car X Skokie IL. Went above and beyond to replace a flat tire. Xavier took lunch break time to pick up the new tire. Really appreciate their excellent all around workmanship and customer service.

I bought new tires there and they needed refilling multiple times a month. I went back in to have them checked at LEAST five times and was told it was “” the temperature change in the weather.” I was sent on my way with no further investigation even though I told them I knew it wasn’t right that they had to be filled sometimes even three times a week. I went to a different place even though I had to pay for it. Turns out they had to remove and clean the rims and bead the tires. I have not had a problem since.
