Don't ever take your vehicle to Car X on Jefferson!They denied my gold cart membership discount, wanted to charge me $60 for an oil change!! (I paid alot less but I'll get to that lol) Took all 4 tires off to do a oil change, DID NOT EVEN ROTATE JUST PUT THEM BACK ON of course telling us this & that needs fixed. I had the best experience at Car-X! Their customer service team is the best. They are very professional and go above and beyond! The mechanics did a wonderful job with SUV and throughly mechanical check! I felt like a valued customer! :-)

Granddaughter broke down on interestate Monday. Was able to get car towed in to Car X. We are 160 miles away from her. I called Tuesday morning...spoke with Dave...explained what happen and would need to deal on phone with this. He said, " No problem" They got her car in yesterday ...called me twice to let me know how things were going. Then called this morning to say she was ready to go! Great people to talk and work with.
