Had a warranty on my breaks and rotors, thought I was setting myself up to be taken care of. Only to sit and wait two hours in the lobby at 7:30 in the morning appointment to be told they couldn’t do my breaks yet, and then another four a couple months later to get my breaks. Please if you are not going to do something on my car do not make me wait in the lobby for hours before you decide to tell me. Especially when I booked appointments both times. Mike and his team always do a great job.
Great service here. I made an appointment last minute and they said it would take about an hour wait but they were able to get me in earlier thankfully. Will definitely recommend this location.
Car problems are a nightmare but I always feel better knowing that Mike and the gang at CarX will be upfront and honest with me about what’s wrong and what it’s going to cost to fix it. Not only do they NOT price gouge but Mike will actually look for coupons and rebates to lower your price. Skip the dealer and take it here!!
