This was the worst experience I ever had and I have been a customer since they were car-x . I went to the one on Colerain the guy at the front desk is all about money I was over charged for my oil change and he tried to tell me my battery failed the battery test just so I would by a battery so I will never go back to this one they are not to be trusted. Sad what people do for money I wish I knew his name so I can put it on here.
Its always a pleasure to get my oil change and what else my car may need .
In an out quick and fast on a job that I thought would be atleast a hour but only took 15 minutes, yes I would return, other places told me to leave it and come the next day.
I luv to come here they treat you like family get u in and out
Mike is always very very helpful and expo the service has been nothing but very good. That's why I come back. Very good guys that work there.
