Beware, they don't give the out the door price, when they say the out the door price to make you agree to the repair. The price is different when you pay. It happen to myself and two other people on another same day. I'm reporting this company. All the fees are not stated on bill. Looks like I was cheated. Second time given this company a chance and will be the last.
I would have given 5 stars with the exception of a couple of things. I was told it would be about an hour, which was understandable because there were already 3 people waiting. It did take a little longer, about an hour and a half. Then there was some confusion when it came to cost, again that was resolved thanks to Mike, the manager. Update: 3/17...I am changing my review to 4 stars because Mike came through for me. He ordered me a new tire Saturday and it came in on Monday. I went in after I got off work around 5 and Mike promptly got my car back and the tire put on for me. He waived the mounting fee and included a new warranty for the new tire at no charge. If I could give 0 stars I would! So frustrated with Xpress pro. I currently have a piece of metal in my tire and what started as a slow leak has turned into a much faster leak after being told that this location didn't have a tire in stock but that there were two locations not too far away that did. I drive to first location and no tire, then I go back to Colerain and they call the second location to confirm the tire is in stock. I drive there and guess what....it isnt in stock!!!!
