I purchased an oil change on Groupon at the Car X at 2409 N Ashland Ave they lied and said he wasn’t set up to take Groupon, I just purchased the Groupon about 2 hours before I went there! I truly believe it was because I was a black female! He told me to go to any other Car X and the one I called on acted like he didn’t want to honor it! I will never come to Car X for anything, and I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Worst I have ever encountered went in for a tune-up came out with my car not running correctly. The Technician down played his Involvement responsibility and accountability by shift blaming that it was something else, not his work that caused the problem or that been like that wanting more money out my pockets for Improper diagnosis was put on a machine which read Malfunction but Technician Chose to ignore down played that it was something else causing the problem had a friend come in and talk to me Not a technician a friend... read more

The worst I have ever Encounter,when getting my car fixed,had to go back and forth to see Technician because lack of responsibility, and accountability that was blamed shifted, Inaccurate diagnosis,so more money can come out of my pocket, forgot to do work i paid for on my car,car was worst after tune-up not working Properly as it should,belt slipped not broken after tune-up,and no solution was made.so my experience was not the best. Now I am out of a car.
