Bought a Holden Cruze on Friday. 10 mins driving down the road, it started making a weird noise. Took it to my mechanic, and the Turbo was absolutely shot! From 2 different mechanics, they said that the seller would have well known about this. I have been advised to request a refund, so I did. Haven't heard anything back, so have now lodged a complaint with CCC, with necessary evidence. Carworks, why do you do this to people who work hard for their money and you stuff us around with dodgy cars? It is so disheartening
Worst people ever. Don't return calls. Do refund your money. Car not roadworthy. Broke down 2 days after purchase. Don't take responsibility of selling a defective car. Leo lies through his teeth. Go elsewhere to buy a car. Next step is Court.
Worse people to deal with. Car wasn't roadworthy. Tyres were not legal. Centre bearing was shot and dangerous. Fuel filter was full. They just reset light. Cut me another key but couldn't program it. I got key place to do and won't reimburse me the cost. Don't answer phone. Manager is a lier . DONT BUY FROM THEM. Car cost me an extra $4000 to get roadworthy so it was safe to drive.
The worst car yard in Perth. Absolutely no idea how it's legal to operate like this in Australia. All the 5 star reviews are fake. If you buy a car from here it will explode and you and your family will die in it.
Bought a Mini Pajero here. Salesman was good, had good communication and ensured that I was well taken care of. Thanks Carworks :)
