I had a good experience. You do need to make an appointment to meet with the C.A.R.E team at Faith to then get an appointment with CarWorks. Depending on what you need done, it can take a little while to get in, but they fix things correctly and way cheaper than you'd be able to have it done elsewhere. (Pro tip: Call Faith and see if the CARE team has cancellations). It does require a $25 deposit which they will put towards the cost of parts. I don't recommend, they go base off volunteers and it takes up to 6 months before even getting seen, and we ended up purchasing a vehicle from them it has taken up to two weeks to try to get the keys
These people are wonderful if you qualify they will fix your car. Only thing you have to pay for the parts, but you can't beat that and they're willing to work with you if you're qualified! Check them out, it can't hurt! An amazing facility and helps the community! THANK YOU so much to those people!

Really wanted to give a good review but can’t. Work was not done properly. Had to take it back and wait another three hours. One thing was redone properly. Rotors are still making thumping noises was not the case before I brought my car in originally and for the 2nd time to redo what wasn’t done correctly still making thumping noise. Was told to bring it back again if I still have problems with the thumping noise. That would make the third trip.
