I only have positive things to say about working with Car West and their team. After my Toyota GR86 was damaged due to improper wheel installation by Toyota of Palo Alto, Car West handled all the body repairs. Very professional and honest! Had an optional part loose and they removed it for free and recommended against replacing it due to the price of the part.
Car West deserves their 5-star reveiws and I would give them more if I could! I brought my car in with some minor damage and was pleasantly surprised by their rough estimate to repair it. However, Dennis then proceeded to touch it up (for no charge) while I waited so it wouldn't look so obvious, which would give me time to figure out what to do. Magnussen Toyota referred me to Carwest for body work on my Sienna. Josh and Robert and Katie were solicitous, dependable, kept me informed, and the work was excellent. Believe the 5-star reviews! Came back to Carwest for a third time. Katie + Robert are really good people and the work is top notch.
