Car West far exceeded my expectations. I snapped the bumper of my Prius loose when I accidentally drove up onto a low rock, and then backed off. It was hanging several inches away from the car, and it was not at all clear how to get it back. I went to Car West to get an estimate. They took a look, and said that they thought they could snap it back on. While I waited a few minutes in their lobby, they got it snapped back on – for free. It was the best customer service experience I can recall in years.
I needed bumper work done for my GT3, as well as polish deeply scratched headlights. If anyone knows how much top of the line Porsche lights cost then having them sanded and polished is the obvious way to go. Dennis who’s the part owner, and since my case was a little special, took care of me personally. Lovely guy and did an awesome job fixing a really badly broken bumper (new one costs $13k from Porsche!) as well as making the lights look like new!
Great place. I went in to fix some scuff marks, they were super helpful. Super quality work.
Fixed our problem super fast! The staff here are really friendly, nice and helpful! Best car shop I’be been to. Def recommend!
