Car West did an amazing job! I am so impressed with their fix to the damage on one of the rear lights of my VW. They were super communicative and professional, the work was done quickly at a reasonable price and I’m happy with the outcome. Shout out to Roberto and the rest of the team for the amazing work.
I met Josh through Stevens Creek Toyota, and he asked me to visit his shop, Car West Collision LLC. I went in for a scratch on my Toyota Highlander thinking it would need paint, but Josh took a careful look and was able to buff it out instead. I took my car to this shop for repairs in early June last year. While the final result eventually turned out okay, getting there was far more frustrating than it should have been. Communication was a constant issue—every time I followed up, it sounded like they were behind schedule. The repair itself took about 1.5 to 2 months. This morning Dennis and Katie at Car West Collision, Mountain View CA provided me - by far- the best, friendly and comprehensive service I've received for auto repairs. They restored my Lexus RX400H bumper and headlights, along with fitting front/ back holders for my new CA Tags. I sincerely thank the team at CarWest Collision -- and I strongly recommend their services for all auto repair projects.
They did a great job at fixing my bumper and other minor scratches on my RAV4. Communication was great. There were still some minor issues after my car was repaired, but without any hassle Robert made it right and made sure everything was fixed to the standard I wanted. I would come back here in the future for any other body work I need.
