Paid for the platinum service and it was subpar at best. Between watermarks and left behind residue on my leather seat it does not appear clean at all. My seat was sticky and gross. I had a better experience having the teenagers at flagship clean out my car.
My truck was scratched in the car wash. Having been a repeat customer, I didnt get overly upset. Gave my information to the cashier and I was told they would get back to me. That was a month ago and I haven't heard anything. Very unprofessional and I will not be going back to this car wash!!!!!!
I will not come here again. I paid $30 for them to leave water spots on the windshield and not clean the mats good. Tire shine does not mean clean. I wish I could have given 0 stars. Don’t waste your money
I took my car to Mr. Clean Car Wash and was honestly blown away by how thorough they were. It is super rare to find a place that actually pays attention to the little details like the door jambs and the rims, but they nailed it. The staff was really friendly and efficient, so I was in and out way faster than I expected for such a deep clean. My car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor and I am definitely coming back here every single time it needs a wash.
Good car wash could do better .
