I got the signature wash (or whatever the highest tier was) on my 24 Tacoma. The side spinning flaps flipped my mirrors glass side out, then yanked the glass out. While it was held up by the wiring, the dryer spun it around before I could grab it and tore up the paint. While I'm sure this isn't common, it was my first wash at this car wash. I filed a claim and was denied. Very disappointed in the outcome and take 5's decision. The workers were kind and friendly though.
