If I could rate this place zero stars, I would. I came here to vacuum and wash my car, but once I made it to the vacuum area, I noticed none of the vacuums were working. Nobody came to help or address the issue. There were four employees just sitting around, relaxing, and getting paid to do nothing. I went to a lady who was sitting in her car on her phone, assuming she was still on the clock, to let her know the vacuum cleaner wasn’t working. This is my second week coming to the car wash in Ridgeland, Mississippi, off Highway 51. All of the other locations have been closed, and this is the only one still open. However, despite paying for a monthly subscription, the vacuums here have not worked for two weeks. Besides all of this they have a young lady here alone trying to mesh the windows, guide cars in properly, and assist with people having issues at the machine!
