If I could give NO stars I would. An employee in a large SUV jumped out of the car that was next to wash in line and proceeded to take her time power washing her own car with a line of customers waiting. There was no way to leave and when I got out of my car to ask her to open the chain so I could leave she looked at me and ignored me and kept power washing her large vehicle.
