The young lady that was working there was incredibly rude and arrogant! She told me I was wrong about a particular subject. I don’t believe I was but to tell a customer that! WOW, does this location need some Hospitality training!
DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC NUMBER. After canceling my account in person, this company continued charging my CC for 8 months. I called them and they cannot see any record of activity. The customer service person has had me on hold for 30 min now. I will update this post

I usually go to Springfield for a car wash but was short on time so thought I would try this place. Never again. My car was pretty much just as dirty after going through the car wash. I have been to this one a couple of other times and had the same terrible results.
