Usually a good experience and I’ve been a member for over a year. Vacuums are sometimes faulty so only some spaces work well for vacuuming. I definitely didn’t expect to spend $30 to wash my wife’s car today and leave smelling like an ashtray since employees allowed a man to smoke an entire cigar in the cleaning area. It is also pretty hard to cancel membership online or over the phone since no one answers.
Well apparently now it isn't a take 5 car wash, I would suggest updating this information on Google maps

Their system kept losing my information. Wasn't able to get the washes I purchased. Cobblestone car washes provide better more reliable. service. Very disappointed with the character of the company.
