Sometimes the car wash works great, sometimes not so much, but my complaint is the managers . I've used the promos to get my washes for $5 mnthly. Its when ive gone to cancel it that the issues arise. 1st time I did it, my acct was charged the $39.95 even though I came in when I was instructed 2 days before the end of the 30 days.
