I went in today and the staff was so kind. Braylen was especially kind he offered to clean my tires for me when he noticed they didn't shine as much as he would like. He is very funny and can make a day better very good customer service.

Update: I would like to give thanks to asst. mgr. Joel for quick response about the issue I have, he corrected the problem in timely manner. and also I went to wash my truck today and he personally came to me to say Hi and told me that everything is taking care of. I went go ahead change my 1 star back to 5 star for all the courtesy and professionalism. Thank you again Joel. Previous review: (Check your bank they have been charging my twice and they dont respond to my emailed.)
Pretty good car wash, inferior to Tidal Wave though. They get 2 stars because their website could not cancel my membership, both on my phone and a desktop, and they blocked the ability to remove your credit card.
Had an issue with my coupon and Bryson came out to help he was very nice. Quick and efficient. Thanks for a good wash
