Update: I would like to give thanks to asst. mgr. Joel for quick response about the issue I have, he corrected the problem in timely manner. and also I went to wash my truck today and he personally came to me to say Hi and told me that everything is taking care of. I went go ahead change my 1 star back to 5 star for all the courtesy and professionalism. Thank you again Joel. Braylon helped me out tremendously when i visited after the February 2026 snow the Martinez area received. I wanted to wash off all the salt solution from the roads they put out and told him id spin back around and get a second wash to cover the undercarriage again. Paid for the first one, when i pulled back around, he set me up for free for the second go round. Thanked him very much and Braylon deserves this 5 star review. Great place good customer service , I highly recommend this location.. Joel Has some of the best customer service anyone could ask for I would recommend stopping in anytime you get a chance and give this location. A chance you won’t regret it. It is a good spot and they do a great job.
Byron is a G. I couldn’t go through the car wash itself because of the rack on my vehicle, but he allowed me access to the vacuums. Byron had a great attitude, greated me with a smile and was professional throughout the conversation. Would definitely recommend this car wash!
Evan was very professional and helpful. He made sure I got the service that I needed and he even went as far as explaining the different car washes to me. It is great to see young adults provide quality customer service.
