Just returned from a trip from the beach and there was an extra layer of salt covering the vehicle. First time Didn’t quite get the truck clean. I spoke with Evan. He walked over and looked at the truck and immediately took care of the situation and ran me through the Carwash a second time which turned out great the second time. Great customer service and the best Sparkle Carwash in the CSRA.
Love this car wash. The kids love all the lights and the fact you can still hear your music playing on Bluetooth still going through. Got stuck with my stick but Jole I think his name was quick to help out. 🥰

Joelle was absolutely amazing. He helped me get the best plan for my needs. He explained the promotion and all of the wonderful things that came with it. I look forward to seeing him greet me with a smile every time I stop in to wash my car. He was extremely helpful.
