At this location they were fantastic! Very kind and courteous!! The wash was good, but I still did find some spots on my car that did not get attended by the machinery. However, BE WARNED, I signed up for what I thought was an $11 a month deal and my card was charged something like $25 the following month. When I tried to call a corporate number (I tried several numbers) I could not get a hold of a live person. Good washes. But why does management care what vehicle comes thru when a monthly membership is paid? If I can only come thru once daily, why do they track license plates? Theyve already limited my membership to once daily, I dont understand why I cant bring 30 different cars per month. The wash isn't any different per car. Im definitely canceling this membership
I’m used to having my car detailed but decided to change things up a bit and stop here. My children and I came to get service. Upon arrival I was overwhelmed by the packages that were offered. Their salesman Levi helped choose the package that’s best suited for my lifestyle. Once I arrived at the vacuums he offered to help while I tended to my newborn. I was very satisfied with my service and experience.
Evan Butler has amazing customer service and sales skills. He is pleasant, gave factual information when articulating why a membership has value and he wasn't wrong. I have enjoyed having a clean vehicle all the time versus once a month!
Evan was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was extremely professional and helped me resolve some membership issues when I arrived at the car wash. He was also very courteous, which made me want to revisit this specific car wash again.
