Evan Butler has amazing customer service and sales skills. He is pleasant, gave factual information when articulating why a membership has value and he wasn't wrong. I have enjoyed having a clean vehicle all the time versus once a month!
Evan is always incredibly helpful every time I come to the car wash. He makes sure I pick the package that best fits my needs and always keeps me updated on the latest promotions. Great customer service like his is why I keep coming back!
Just returned from a trip from the beach and there was an extra layer of salt covering the vehicle. First time Didn’t quite get the truck clean. I spoke with Evan. He walked over and looked at the truck and immediately took care of the situation and ran me through the Carwash a second time which turned out great the second time. Great customer service and the best Sparkle Carwash in the CSRA.
Love this car wash. The kids love all the lights and the fact you can still hear your music playing on Bluetooth still going through. Got stuck with my stick but Jole I think his name was quick to help out. 🥰
