I can't speak about other location. But dealing with the Virginia location is terrible. No show unless you want to pay OT hours on weekends. What a shame!
If you are a small operation that watches what they and they do things it will not be a good fit. Trust me.
Terrible company. Their DC / NY Ave car wash malfunctioned and turned off 10 seconds into it. Gas station NOR “owner” of car wash were able (so they claimed) to issue a refund. Credit card company issued me a credit but said merchant will still get the money from it. Disgusting that they can profit off of their poorly maintained equipment.
I will NEVER use this place again. The owner is so rude and disrespectful. Made my experience very unpleasant. 10/10 don’t recommend.
