Attempting to use Ritzy's Dog Spa at the car wash today and the attendant was unnecessarily rude. We've been here several times with no issues until now. We appreciate the cleanliness and hours of operation. However, there's a way to educate your customers if they are unaware of your business policies... I highly recommend this female attendant receive some additional soft skills training! Not sure we'll be back. 🤨
Today I went and got up wash at this car wash and not only was I charged once for the car wash but without my knowledge they charged my card two charges of $10 for the vacuums. The answer i got from the manager? “Oh its just so our machines can see if you have $10 in your account” WHY would you need to see if i had $10 in my account if ive already been charged for the car wash and your vacuums are advertised as $1?? Even if that was the case, why was my card charged for 2 $10 charges? Definitely wont be back.
