We went to the car wash & were vacuuming the car in the garage part when a set of keys to our hitch got sucked up. We immediately told the guy working & he said that they would have to wait until closing time to check the containers & the hose but that they would find it & call us. We waited for the call but received none & even tried calling them several times with no answer. The next morning we tried calling again several times with no answer.
