Wash added new scratches to my paint App claims they have towels, this is a complete lie
Go to the hand wash places preferably, they don’t even provide or tell you that the “ incredible wash doesn’t provide dusting rag anymore or the freshener … although I do have to give props to the attendant after bringing this to his attention, he promptly told me because of costs ,and he came back with a clean rag I can clean the dust inside the car
Showed up and it was closed. No sign explaining why. As a member paying for unlimited washes, wish they’d have a service for notifying customers of shut downs so people don’t waste their time driving to a location that is shut down…
I don’t mind sales tactics, but this experience crossed a line for me. The attendant repeatedly pushed an upsell even after I clearly declined multiple times. It felt uncomfortable and borderline harassing rather than helpful. On top of that, the actual car wash itself was pretty average for the price. I left feeling unsettled rather than satisfied, which isn’t what you want from a service experience. I hope management considers dialing back the pressure on customers.
Car not as clean as my cobblestone washes. No place to park to vacuum and no rags for drying not a fan
