Today November 27, 2025 IUsed your vacuum and there was a hole in the hose which suction My shirt and caused tremendous dirt stains. I informed the assistant manager Mason of this and he told me to try to blow it out with some type of hose that they have. Didn’t think that this was good customer service as there was no attempt to resolve the issue. I informed Mason that I will take my shirt home and see if the dirt stains come out and if they do not, I will come back To have this issue resolved.
