They updated the verbiage at their car wash so you can see you have to manually turn off the water pressure or you will be continually charged, I would like a refund for the 2 times I was charged $25 for a wash
And no frills car wash that gets the job done.

Awful customer service. Phone lines are always crammed. Ive had three incidents that required complaints regarding the cleaning equipment. Just today i had to use the restroom and was escorted!!!! Out of the building afterwards due to the incompetence of an employee who was very rude when i had asked to use said restroom. Will not come back and i will be using dereks auto detail from now on
I prefer the drive thru car washes but it needed to be done today. I went and found everything well maintained and really clean. Usually the foaming brushes are covered in dirt. This wasn’t. The vacuums were good and the trashes weren’t overly full. I didn’t have to wait in any line it was easy and quick.
