Seems like everytime I go here, an automatic carwash bay is broken. Frustrating.
It was a hootenanny!! The speaker was hard to understand. The instructions were also not very clear. 12$ for a basic spray and go was not great. I'll stick to washing it myself next time.
Been a loyal customer since opening day 20 years ago and have spent thousands here without ever complaining. Yesterday, however, the “soap” function barely dispensed anything. I finished my wash and mentioned the issue to the office. A gentleman came to my bay, used his key to switch to soap, waited about 30 seconds until soap began to come out, then turned it off and walked away — without offering any assistance, apology, or compensation. It's a nice facility, but ownership has changed and it doesn't seem as clean and tidy as ot once was, all in all, it's still my go to car wash in cochrane
