I met the owners about a year ago, I ve done some work with and for them, they are passionate owners. the staff has always been nice and respectful, the service only gets better.
Dishonest!!!!!!! A while ago I had my car wash at Car Wash Cafe on University Dr. unfortunatement I forgate that I have money inside the car and the next day when I realized the money was not there. Thinking the owner and manager were resanoble and aprochable people I went back to talk to them. What I found out was a rude and disrespectful person who was making fun of what happen. This place is the worst place to clean your care. The workers are decent all African American it seems. The manager on the other hand is extremely disrespectful and belligerent and pugnacious. Horrible guy because I am a black woman he interacted with me very different than the Hispanic woman and white man.

Absolutely terrible customer service, especially coming from the owner who works behind the register. I waited approximately 56 minutes and my car hadn't been vacuumed or hand dried yet. I went up to one of the workers and asked him to move the cars surrounding mine so I can leave because it's been too long, I only paid for a basic service wash with tires for $20. i love this place! they have everything you need while you wait to have your car washed. the service is quick and the gorgeous girl in the front makes the best ice coffee! I'm so happy i came here. The prices are affordable too for each service!!! i'm definitely coming back.
It's a great place!! You can have coffee or a snack while watching tv. You feel right at home while waiting for your car. I love it!! Great customers service by Mike, the owner!!!
Waited 15 minutes before they even bothered to touch my car.When I complained the owner was loud and rude.Offered me a big 1 dollar discount for waiting so long.Which I refused Its a good idea to pass this car wash up and go anywhere else
They still use harsh chemicals to shampoo your carpets and the odor lingers in your car. Just dreadful place to do car wash and no 48 hours rain guarantees.
