I did not even think they deserve a star! My wife went last week. The change was missing out of her dash dish. Her windows were dirty and her floor mats were un touched after getting the works with rain guard! I went this morning and wished I never left a tip on top of my $30.70 wash and a freshner. My windows were smeared, my rear seat left un vacuumed, my dash was as dusty as when I brought it, and they never said your car is ready. they just walked away and started to mess up the next car. Check your vehicle carefully for scratches before you go. Granted, I brought in my 10 year old Durango, and it did already have a few parking lot rub marks on the rubber bumpers. But as my vehicle was going through the wash, I immediately noticed red scratch marks on my driver's door and the front fender flare. When it came out, I told the guy drying the car that "I know it's old, but I really don't think those scratches were there". Love this new car wash! Ordered the works and they sure delivered!! Felt as if my car was fully detailed. WoW! BIG PLUS... No longer have to go to the Lets Go Steelers out dated shoe box wash when I am a big Giants fan! Lets Go Giants!!
