Owner is rude and unprofessional, plus the car wasn’t even washed properly. He would rather be rude to a client for an employee mistake and losing $10 than actually letting it go and gaining a regular client.
The service was good but you also have to pay parking (about 18$ for one hour). I'm not going back there because I had an issue with the parking company. So you just lost a client. As a suggestion, I think the clients should be advised that they still need to pay for the parking. I wouldn't have chosen to wash my car there if I knew I had to pay for the parking lot. Parking agent Anthony Edmond was not able to understand my point, we argued for 30 minutes and he said "time was passing so I'd have to pay more"... Waste of eve... read more
