The person directing me into the car wash was very unclear with their hand motions / not using their words. They also barely used the pressure washers. The light up directions on what to do (put car in neutral, hands of wheel, foot off brake, etc) were behind a wall, and weren't visible until I was already in the car wash. After paying $11 for the mid tier car wash, I didn't notice undercarriage spray, and my car is still dirty, mostly on the side mirrors and rear windshield.
