This place has a low rating for a reason it sucks and clearly doesn’t care. The lady Nora from customer service is completely useless and unprofessional. Besides the people being useless here, the car wash it self is just as bummy. Your vehicle never gets a clean wash or dry. Lowkey someone needs to buy this family business out cause the family running this is incapable of doing squat. Would sue under chapter 93A but not worth my time
Good service
the self serve washes are great but the automatic drive in washes are horrendous, dont even think your car will be clean by the end of it cause however dirty you went in you will come out looking the same
The kiosks and touchless automatic laser wash looked new, but the lower half of my car was quite dirty after the wash. I would bring a microfiber drying towel to make sure you can wipe off any remaining dirt and water. +1 star since there aren't any other touchless washes in the Enfield area.
