The machine was broken, and the staff on duty were unhelpful. The vacuum is cash only, and you can only take cash out if you have a physical bank card, not a card on your phone.

I used to use this carwash for more than 2 years. Formerly it was good but recently all things gone wrong. First of all the washing machine broke down frequently; Secondly, the machine suddenly stopped in the middle of the washing cycle in front of my car. No one staff member automatically help, we had to call the Ampol store before they could send staff to restart the machine. Finally, the worst thing was my car rear windscreen was not at all clean .
