F'n place sucks. Machines that rip you off..no soap to WASH YOUR CAR....Customer service is non-existent.....phone number FOR customer service is a fax machine....I think. Went today 6/1/2013...ALL these things happened...there was a jerk emptying barrels, I approached him and told him.." I'll tell the guy when he gets here". "you're not the guy...but..you work here". I went to Nice N Clean today. I was in the 1st bay. At first, machine appeared not to be working after taking my $$...then it started working. I did the pre-soak & the foam brush. Then it shut off. No warning beep plus I should have had time left. I was left with my car covered in suds.....I tried calling the number listed on their wall with NO LUCK. It rang & rang...couldn't even leave a message. I won't be going back there.
ripped off – just went to the car wash...put $5.00 in the machine and nothing..wouldnt turn on..called the number posted 5 times no answers...had the same prob with a vacume there..this place sucks..who runs this place???????????...
ARROGANT RUDE TAUL BEEB, A WORKER AT COMET CAR WASH – I used the Comet Car Wash in Johnston, RI and called the 508-586-6400. No one answered the first time, but answered the second time. I told this guy that I deposited $7 in the automatic car wash using quarters and that the machine didn't work. A similar incident happened last year, but I chalked it up to a loss. Phone Number – I visit your car wash frequently on my lunch hour and have for the most part been satisfied. My problem is the last two times I've visited I've been ripped off by the change machine a total of $3.00. You have a phone # on the wall to call if there's a problem (508-586-6400) but there's no answer or answering machine. How do I get refunded ?
