While we've used this car wash successfully in the past, our 10/14/2012 visit was a disaster: only the left 1/2 of the car was cleaned; blue/green residue was left on the right rear portion of the car; when I called the "questions?/comments?" number (twice), it rang several times then asked for an access code which of course I did not have, and it simply hung up on me. I called the number that Yellow Pages showed and received the wonderful, piercing sound of a fax number. I'd like my money back for that disaster.
