I came to get my truck HAND WASHED and was paying for that . I made it cleared and they grabbed a brush and was washing my truck all over with it . This is not acceptable and won’t be coming back if this is not fixed. Same guy also offered me the highest package when I clearly stated what I wanted . They have a self service too but it’s not what I was looking for . I included after service photos . My truck is black and they left many stubborn white marks . I was able to take some off.
