I bought a Mercedes from this dealership less than a year ago but turns out there was so many things wrong with the car seeing as I don’t know much about cars it was my first purchase and I was taken advantage of, the engine is completely bad and they won’t take my calls or reply my emails. I can’t believe this dealership would opt to scam innocent buyers off their hard earned money.
Time wasters. Agreed to buy my car through CarWow, after one very vague phone call they ghosted me and ignored any calls or messages. Wasted two weeks thanks to these cowboys
The car I bought (2016 Audi A4 Estate) broke down within 24 hours. Although CarVend were helpful in the end I had to take it to a dealership to get it sorted properly. A couple of further things failed (suspension coil and wheel bearings) and the Warranty First premier warranty bought with the car wasn't really much use (partially covered one of the three issues that occurred). Sold my car through carwow to car vend. Communications are appalling and they missed multiple appointments. Total waste of time.
I’d definitely recommend Car Vend Ltd. They’re very professional and helpful through the whole car buying experience. I bought a Volvo from them and it was 2009 plate and very honest description when we looked at the car. 5 stars!!!
