I decided to purchase a vehicle from Car Vault but then fount one closer to home. I asked for the funds to be sent back and have been chasing an email for 2 weeks now. Every time I try and call I have no answer. If I was able to give a lower score I would. The communication is poor.
Bought a GLC from them, had few technical and mechanical issues so dropped the car off back to the dealer. The aftersales at the place is non existent, no updates of whats happening, been calling but no answer at all or call back. The front camera doesn’t work at all, speakers are absolutely broken on the car muffled with no bass and moving the steering to right makes a loud noise. Can’t thank the Car Vault team enough. I was nervous because I was buying my first proper car. But they made the whole thing easy. They explained the car’s history, showed me everything openly, and even helped with the road tax setup. You don’t see that kind of support everywhere. 100% coming back when I upgrade.
The answer to your reply is: 1. Looking at the vehicles doesn't mean inspecting it. I only asked the keys to 2 cars and it was before handing me the second key you asked if I was wasting your time to which I replied- " I'll only buy the car if I am satisfied". 2. The car I liked was advertised for 9,794. Even though you said it is 10,000 and asked 1,000 pounds for 1 year warranty. You didn't do a good job at overselling it. 3.
