Absolutely awful dealership. Got a car on finance through Zuto with them and it was a nightmare from start to finish. Miscommunication on when the vehicle would be ready to collect, Zuto were told Monday it'd be ready and then suddenly it was gonna be Wednesday, we travelled down on Wednesday morning for them to say the car was still awaiting parts (why would you sell a car for £18k and not have all works done before advertising it). I went to Car Vault because it is local to me and they advertise being part of the AA Dealer Promise. On the first day (Monday), I agreed to buy a 2014 Mercedes C220 BlueTEC for £8,000 and paid a £500 deposit. On the next day (Tuesday), after what the dealer claimed was a service, I noticed an engine noise and asked for the car to be checked by the AA or an independent garage.
