Booked a time slot same day for 4 wheel alignment/tracking, on arrival I was dealt with very promptly. Job completed in 45 mins which included a tyre replacement and lads who did work explained exactly what they were doing and how they were rectifying my uneven tyre wear issue. Everyone pleasant and glad I used them.

Wife had puncture on A1, could not get wheel off. Where others could not assist Car Tyre World were very accomodating, and managed to dispatch a technician in quick time. Got car back on the road without any fuss. If you have a tyre or wheel issue between Durham and Stockton, dont muck about, call Car Tyre World. I have always used Tyre World and found the staff and guys in the garage polite and friendly. But today the garage staff (not the office staff) were rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Sorry but very disappointing, not what l normally would expect.
